非標（Label-free）蛋白質組學是一種不依賴于同位素標記的蛋白質定量技術,該技術通過液質聯用對蛋白質酶解肽段進行分析,無需昂貴的穩定同位素標簽做內部標準,只需分析大規模鑒定蛋白質時所產生的質譜數據,比較不同樣本中相應肽段的信號強度,就能對相應的蛋白質進行相對定量。
