蛋白標記定量技術,通過TMT特異性標記多肽的氨基基團,進行高分辨質譜串聯分析,最多可同時比較16種不同樣本蛋白質的相對含量,具有通量高、覆蓋度高和定量準確性高等特點。適用于采用多種處理方式或來自多個處理時間的樣本的差異蛋白分析。
